Customers who submit a vehicle inspection request, which is accepted by Verify My Auto, are assigned one of our inspection experts. Our experts will perform a detailed vehicle inspection at a location designated by the vehicle's seller, and the results are compiled into a comprehensive vehicle report. This report will be accessible to the customer via email after the inspection. The inspection focuses on the vehicle's representation by the seller, as well as its safety and any physical deficiencies.
5. Inspection Limitations While we strive to provide accurate inspections, conditions of vehicles may change post-inspection. Verify My Auto does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any inspection results. We do not offer any warranties regarding the condition of vehicles inspected.
6. Payment Policy Payment for services will not be processed if:
- A technician is unavailable
- The vehicle is no longer for sale
- The seller refuses the inspection
Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy detailed below.
7. Refund Policy
- Cancellations before scheduling will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds are available once scheduled, as a technician has been commissioned.
- Full refunds will be issued if a vehicle is unavailable, or the technician is unable to perform the inspection.
8. Eligibility By using our Services, you affirm that you are of legal age (18 years in most jurisdictions) and capable of entering into binding contracts. If you use our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
9. Accounts and Registration To access certain features, you may need to register for an account, providing accurate personal information. You agree to keep your information current and to safeguard your account credentials.
